Free-diving

Or “skin-diving” is a form of underwater diving that relies on holding your breath until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus such as scuba gear. Besides the limits of breath-hold, immersion in water and exposure to high ambient pressure also have physiological effects that limit the depths and duration possible in free-diving. We have some fabulous locations along the coast for free-diving - and if you fancy a spot of spear-fishing, we can accomodate you as well.

OUR QUALIFICATIONS

All Sea Ya Vietnam staff are fully trained and carry all required qualifications for providing water-sport activities and tuition to the highest standards. Please try and give us a few days notice for free-diving so we can plan your dive with weather/tides etc in mind so your day can be perfect!

REQUIREMENTS

We provide all necessary equipment for free-diving and for all water-sport activities that we undertake with SeaYa Vietnam.

Location

Our activities are based within the area of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province. Most tours are north - around the Ninh Hoa basin where the waters are calm, clear and warm for most of the year. The areas we choose are as yet untouched by tourism and the true Vietnam coast can be enjoyed in peace!

To ensure availability of your activity, it’s best to book your session in advance online especially during National holidays and weekends.
